By accessing this website, submitting an application, or participating in any programme offered by Akademia Lospuma, the Applicant (and where applicable, the Parent or Legal Guardian) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Policies.

Akademia Lospuma reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website and take effect immediately.

2. Application & Fees Policy

All applicants must submit a completed application form via the Academy’s official website. An Application Processing Fee of €50 is payable upon submission.

The Application Fee covers administrative processing, internal review, and verification procedures and is strictly non-refundable, regardless of outcome.

3. Deposit & Refund Policy

Upon acceptance, Applicants may be required to pay a Programme Reservation Deposit of €3000 to secure their place.

• The deposit is refundable less €500 administrative costs if withdrawal occurs before visa issuance.
• Once a visa is issued, no refund shall be granted.
• The deposit is deducted from the total Programme Fee.

4. Programme Participation Rules

Participants must comply with Academy rules, training schedules, disciplinary standards, and codes of conduct at all times.

Akademia Lospuma reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for misconduct, breach of rules, or misrepresentation without refund.

5. Visa & Immigration Disclaimer

Akademia Lospuma may provide supporting documentation for visa applications. However, visa decisions are made solely by embassies and immigration authorities.

The Academy does not guarantee visa approval and bears no responsibility for refusals, delays, or immigration outcomes.

6. Accommodation Disclaimer

Where accommodation assistance is provided, it is arranged through third-party providers. Akademia Lospuma does not own or operate accommodation facilities unless explicitly stated.

Accommodation fees may include administrative coordination and welfare support.

7. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

Akademia Lospuma processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data is collected solely for recruitment, programme administration, communication, and legal compliance purposes and is never sold to third parties.
