Application & Admissions Terms & Conditions

These Application & Admissions Terms & Conditions govern the submission of any application or expression of interest to the Akademia Lospuma Group, operating through the following legal entities:

• Akademia Lospuma Sp. z o.o., a commercial company registered in Poland, responsible for professional football training programmes, boarding services, and fee-based football development activities; and
• Fundacja Akademia Lospuma, a registered non-profit foundation, responsible for educational, youth, social, and grant-funded programmes, including projects implemented under Erasmus+ and similar frameworks.

The applicable entity, legal relationship, and financial terms depend on the nature of the programme or activity for which the applicant is applying and will be clearly indicated prior to any formal acceptance or payment.

By submitting an application and selecting “I agree to the Terms and Conditions”, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined below. Where the applicant is under the age of 18, these terms must be accepted by a parent or legal guardian.

1. Nature of Application

Submission of an application or expression of interest does not constitute acceptance, admission, enrolment, or a guarantee of selection, trial participation, visa support, funding, or any contractual relationship with either Akademia Lospuma Sp. z o.o. or Fundacja Akademia Lospuma.

The Akademia Lospuma Group reserves the sole right to accept or reject applications, request additional documentation, or discontinue an application process at any stage without obligation to provide justification.

2. Application & Verification Process

The application process may consist of multiple stages, including initial profile review, external verification (such as coach or club references), administrative assessment, and technical evaluation.

Applicants are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and verifiable information regarding their identity, age, playing history, educational background, and club or academy affiliation. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate rejection without refund.

3. Application / Activation Fee (€50)

Certain applicants may be invited to pay a €50 Application / Activation Fee as part of the verification and administrative evaluation process.

This fee covers administrative handling, background verification, and file processing. The Application / Activation Fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances and does not guarantee selection, trial invitation, programme placement, funding, or visa approval.

Any application, activation, or programme-related fees are payable only to the entity responsible for the relevant programme and will be clearly communicated in writing prior to payment.

4. Programme Fees, Deposits & Funding

Detailed programme fees, deposits, funding conditions, or cost coverage arrangements are communicated only to applicants who are selected or conditionally accepted into a specific programme.

Fee-based programmes are administered by Akademia Lospuma Sp. z o.o.. Educational, youth, or grant-funded programmes may be administered by Fundacja Akademia Lospuma.

All financial obligations, if any, are governed by separate programme agreements issued after acceptance and are not governed by these Application & Admissions Terms.

5. Refunds & Withdrawals

The €50 Application / Activation Fee is non-refundable, including but not limited to cases of application rejection, voluntary withdrawal, failure to obtain a visa, failure to attend trials, or changes in personal circumstances.

Refunds relating to programme fees, deposits, or funded activities (if applicable) are governed exclusively by the signed programme agreement or funding rules and not by these Application & Admissions Terms.

6. Visas, Travel & Immigration

Applicants acknowledge that neither Akademia Lospuma Sp. z o.o. nor Fundacja Akademia Lospuma guarantees visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by relevant embassies or immigration authorities.

Any assistance provided, including invitation letters or guidance, does not constitute a legal obligation or assurance of visa success. All visa, travel, insurance, and relocation costs remain the responsibility of the applicant unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

7. No Sporting or Career Guarantees

The Akademia Lospuma Group makes no guarantees regarding professional contracts, club trials, scholarships, transfers, playing time, career outcomes, or future earnings. Football development involves inherent uncertainty and risk.

8. Data Protection & Communication

By submitting an application, applicants consent to the processing of personal data for recruitment, evaluation, educational, and administrative purposes in accordance with applicable EU GDPR regulations.

Applicants agree to be contacted via email, phone, or messaging platforms (including WhatsApp) for application- related communication.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Application & Admissions Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from the application process shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Katowice, Poland.
